You may not transmit worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission from us. The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. At our sole discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we modify or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address, or phone number provided at the time the order was placed. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 6 - PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the site for illegal or immoral purposes; violate laws, regulations, or intellectual property rights; reproduce images featuring our logo; impersonate an owner or employee; engage in discrimination, harassment, or defamation; submit false information; spread viruses or malicious code; engage in spamming, scraping, or the collection of others' personal data; or bypass security systems—under penalty of immediate service termination and legal action regarding any violations affecting our image.

You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site. If, in our sole judgment, you fail—or we suspect that you have failed—to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we may also terminate this agreement at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or we may accordingly deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

SECTION 8 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy.

SECTION 9 - DEFINITION OF TERMS USED

Pre-order: refers to a customer's purchase of a product that has not yet been manufactured or is still in production. This means that the product is not physically in stock and cannot be shipped until it is complete. Estimated production times for a pre-order are indicated on the product page for information purposes only. Any delay in production and delivery times cannot, under any circumstances, be considered a valid reason to cancel the order or pre-order.
In-Stock Order: refers to the purchase of a product in stock and ready to ship. Some of these products may not be covered by the manufacturer's after-sales service due to the unavailability of spare parts.
Deposit: This is the partial amount paid by the buyer when ordering or pre-ordering a specific product. The deposit is paid to guarantee the user's reservation of a piece at the production studio and is not tied to immediate delivery of the product. The deposit represents a portion of the total price and is non-refundable under any circumstances in the event of cancellation by the user. Anyone who forgoes the balance automatically forfeits the deposit.
Shipping to the Asian continent: represents the total price of a specific product. Shipping costs are included in the price for all countries in the European Union, United States of America (except Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico), Canada and Australia, excluding remote locations. See the "Shipping" section for more details on remote areas.
Product Description: Refers to information about an item, including but not limited to dimensions, materials, colors, and other specific features.
Product(s): refers to the physical goods that can be purchased on our website.
After-sales service: refers to the assistance provided in the event that the purchased product arrives damaged.

SECTION 10 - TERMS OF SALE

Online Purchases (Right of Withdrawal)

Timeframe: You may change your mind and return the product within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason.
Conditions: The item must be intact and in its original packaging.
Return Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund: We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

In-Store Purchases

For purchases made directly at the checkout, the law does not mandate returns based on a change of mind. Any exchanges or refunds are subject solely to our store's policy (e.g., exchanging merchandise within a certain number of days upon presentation of the receipt).

Defective Products

If the product has a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
We have made every effort to display our product images as accurately as possible. However, please note that:
Color display may vary depending on the screen of the device you are using.
Product features, color shades, or details may undergo variations or changes by the manufacturer during production and crafting (as these often involve prototypes or artisanal workmanship).
Such aesthetic or production variations do not constitute a defect or valid grounds for cancelling the order, refusing delivery, or requesting a refund.

Products purchased on our site cannot be exchanged for other items more than 3 days after purchase.
After-sales service: applies to assistance provided if the purchased product arrives damaged.
- Direct request for replacement parts: A request will be made to the manufacturer; if denied, a professional repair service by our expert partners is offered as an alternative.
For statues released more than 7 months ago, the manufacturer and suppliers do not offer return options; any other issues will be considered on a case-by-case basis only.
Boxes are intended solely to protect the contents and may therefore show imperfections or sustain damage during shipping.

RETURNS and REFUNDS ONLY IN CERTAIN CASES
If the statue is beyond repair

We also reserve the right—though we are under no obligation to do so—to limit sales or quantities of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, as well as to modify prices or descriptions, or discontinue any item at any time without prior notice. Offers on the site are void where prohibited by law. We do not guarantee that the final appearance of any item will fully meet the buyer's subjective expectations.

When you place an order (including pre-orders) on our site, you confirm that you have read the "Terms and Conditions" and accept them without reservation or condition. As a user, you do not have the right to request exceptions or specify different conditions. You further declare that you have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. Confirmation of the completed order is sent via email to the address provided during registration.

ADDITIONAL USEFUL INFORMATION

The shipment tracking code will be provided later via email.
By placing an order, you knowingly accept the waiting times required for completion and delivery.
All shipments from Asia have a standard timeframe of 3 months, though this may vary in some cases.

Production and release times for pre-order products are estimates and depend entirely on the production studio; any delays cannot be attributed to us, nor do they constitute valid grounds for cancelling an order or pre-order.

Products purchased on our site cannot be exchanged for other items, returned, or refunded. When you pay a deposit for a pre-order, you are purchasing the right to reserve an item that will be ordered specifically for you; for this reason, the amount is non-refundable, as it is transferred to the manufacturer to fund production. Taxes (USA, EU, UK, Canada): Unless otherwise specified, taxes, customs duties, and customs clearance fees are the customer's responsibility.

All prices are listed in euros (EUR - €). For customers residing in the European Union, the United States, Canada, and Australia (excluding remote areas such as Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico for the USA), shipping costs and import taxes are included in the product price unless otherwise indicated.

Product boxes are intended solely to protect the contents and may therefore exhibit imperfections or sustain damage during the shipping process.

General characteristics such as dimensions, scale, color variations or other information on the different versions available.
Estimated product completion release, expressed in quarters: Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4.
Quantity available for each version.
Price for different versions.

We assume no responsibility if product information is not accurate, complete, or up-to-date. By accepting the Terms, you assume the responsibility of personally verifying the information provided by the manufacturer through official sources. Digital images and colors displayed on your screen may differ from the finished product due to the craftsmanship involved. Each statue is handmade and should be considered unique.
Boxes are intended solely to protect the contents and may therefore have imperfections or be damaged during shipping.
(You cannot request compensation if the box was damaged during transport or customs inspections. These issues are not covered).
